WHEN TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Any item can be returned within 7 days of purchase. In case of delay in return, our Returns & Exchange Policy will not be applicable for that purchase. You can reach out to our team on WhatsApp at +971(50)-637-9229 and share the images of your item that you would like to return or exchange.
WHEN IS A RETURN APPLICABLE?
An item purchased from our store is eligible for the Returns & Exchange Policy if it was received damaged. If your product was delivered to you with anything missing, you can raise this complaint with our team on WhatsApp at +971(50)-637-9229
Share the images and a short video of the product with our team and highlight the defects or damage. You can also add a small summary of the issue that you are facing. Our team will get back to you with details on how you should proceed next. Once the item is delivered to us for return/exchange, our team will evaluate the product to decide if it merits a return or exchange. In case of missing parts, our company will provide those free of charge.
If you don’t wish to exchange an item, we will provide a store credit note with a validity of six weeks. The store credit will have the full value of the item returned.
After evaluation, if the item is found to be in functional condition and whole, it will be returned to your address as received.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE IF:
Our Returns & Exchange Policy is not applicable in the following conditions:
- Products purchased on sale or at discount offers.
- Customized items.
- Items that have been misused or tampered with.
TIMELINE FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
An item that is requested for a return or exchange must be returned within 48 hours of the complaint being registered. Our team will evaluate and return/replace the item within 3-5 business days.
REGIONS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Only items that are purchased for the United Arab Emirates are eligible for our Returns & Exchange Policy. International returns are currently unavailable at our store.
